IRON MAN: Sonic-Powered Armor
I can't remember exactly where I read the article, but a recent scientific journal discussed the possibility of generating electrical power by sound waves bouncing on a metallic diaphragm, much like how a woofer on a stereo system pulses in and out when electrical current passes through it. The article gave me the idea of creating an Iron Man armor that literally derives it's power from sonic waves. Rather than create big drum-like objects on the armor, I decided to create the concentric seams that would have the vibrating metallic particles that would absorb sound and convert it to energy. So the best way to beat this cat, is to get him in outer space! Because in space, no one can hear you say, "Damn, I just ran out of power!"
