Prior to my attending the Toronto Comic Expo last April, I was contacted by Associate Producer, Dean Ross, about participating in an on-camera interview with the lovely Katherine Curtis for the NAKED NEWS.  If you aren't familiar with that show, the NAKED NEWS is a program that's broadcast on the internet, cable TV and mobile phones, where the anchors engage in a slow striptease while reporting international events and human interest segments. As I told Mr. Ross, prior to agreeing to the spot,  I'm not opposed to taking my clothes off, but unlike Katherine, I don't think it would do a whole lot to further my career! Fortunately (for me), as the day came for the interview, everything proceeded fully-clothed and I had a great time bantering with the lovely Ms. Curtis. Katherine, as it turned out, was incredibly knowledgeable about comics in general and my contributions to the industry in particular. 

She's definitely my kind of nerd!!

Although most of our interview footage wound-up on the cutting room floor, it was still a fun thing to do and Katherine was extremely charming and gracious.
