Iron Man/Silver Surfer Double Page
Russell Sheath commissioned me to do this Surfer illo a few months back, with the option of connecting it to a second board with Iron Man later. As you see, the two individual pages hooked-up nicely. |

RED SONJA #12 VARIANT RECREATION
This cover was a lot of fun for me. Commissioned by Matt Stock, this recreation was based on the cover original drawn by Frank Brunner. However, Matt asked me to tackle the assignment using the inking techniques I learned from my work with Barry Windsor-Smith. This was the end result. |

X-Men/Emma Frost Commission
This page was commissioned by Tony Wages, who asked for an original cover composition that featured the White Queen from the X-Men. Since I don't get that many requests for good girl art, I really had a blast doing this particular drawing.

IRON MAN #174 variant Recreation
The fellow who commissioned this cover was forced to cancel it at the last minute, due to personal financial problems. I always try to be understanding about these things, (sh*t happens...) so I refunded his money and assured him that someone will give this commission a good home. No hard feelings. The concept is based on the cover layout to Inhumans #8 by Gil Kane.

PAUL RYAN FANTASTIC FOUR # 383 RECREATION INKS
This recreation was part of a huge stack of pages that I inked for Gary Sella of N.J. last month. I jumped at the chance to embellish this particular one because of the fabulous pencils of my former inking assistant, Paul Ryan.

Marvel Two-In-One Annual #8 Commission This piece was commissioned by CAF member Brian Sagar. There wasn't actually a Two-in-One Annual #8--this was something we came up with 'on the fly'. Brian has a nifty website devoted to Ben Grimm/Team-up art that everyone should check out. |

This commission, requested by Dom Masullo, was based on the original cover of Superman #8 by John Byrne and features a worse-for-wear Iron Man rogues gallery. |

This recreation was done for my pal, Larry Clay of WI. The paper Ron had pencilled this cover on was poor quality, so I had to lightbox the pencils onto a new board before inking.
