David Michelinie and Bob Layton have created a new property for Hollywood entitled "SHAMBLER" which is being produced by The Gillen Group and R.I.P. Media.
Shambler is a horror/comedy, much in the same vein of last year's "Zombieland". The Shambler movie site is already up and running at: www.shamblerthemovie.com.
David and Bob created the concept, wrote an extensive story treatment and will act as Executive Co-Producers on this independent film.
The film is tentatively schedule to be completed by 2011. Check out the Shambler website in upcoming months for updates on the film's production.
Michelinie and Layton are also currently working with British screenwriter/producer Andy Briggs, who is developing the Future Comics property, Deathmask, as a feature film.
Industry Entertainment is packaging Bob Layton's web comic, Colony, as a television series. Industry has called upon two veteran screenwriters, Andy Burg and Matthew Carnahan to develop the property for the small screen.
