DR. STRANGE #182 RECREATION This commission gave me an opportunity to do the super-hero version of Dr. Strange--which for some odd reason, I kinda liked as a kid. The cover was originally drawn by the masterful Gene Colon. In this piece, by request, I replaced the figure of the Juggernaut with Iron Man. |
SPIDER-WOMAN #19 RECREATION This particular commission required me to replace the original supporting characters with Marvel babes--namely Tigra and the Black Widow |

IRON SANTA X-MAS CARD Now that Christmas has passed, I'm offering the 11 x 17 artwork to this year's card for sale. I'll also include the coloring on disc (by the talented Ian Sokoliwski ) so you may use the art for your own future Christmas cards. |
BATMAN: FREAKS INKS This drawing was from an Elseworlds proposal by David Michelinie and me and was recently inked . Obviously, it wasn't accepted by DC but I loved the basic concept of Batman and his Rogue Gallery being circus folk. |

AMAZING ADVENTURES #12 RECREATION This was always one of my favorite Marvel covers of Gil Kane's. I think it's primarily because it had Iron Man and it was a classic Kane layout. I did take a few liberties with this version, like updating the look of the Beast and Shellhead. |
SUBMARINER #8 RECREATION This piece was done as a Christmas present for a friend. The original cover was by the late, great John Buscema. |

FORCE IRON CONCEPT This illo is from this month's Iron Concept of the Month page |
VARIANT UNITY #0 RECREATION This was a lot of fun to do. I was asked by Valiant stalwart, Michael Finn, to recreate this landmark Valiant cover, originally drawn by Barry Windsor-Smith, but use only the three primary characters--Solar, X-O Manowar and Magnus |

MADMAN SINGLE FIGURE Back in July, long-time supporter of this site, Gary Sella, ordered this drawing for his pal Ivan as a Christmas present. So--I had to sit on this jpeg until the holidays were over. |
IRON MAN #69 RECREATION This page speaks for itself. It's just a great shot of Iron Man, originally penciled by John Romita, that I updated a wee bit. And, by request, I got rid of that awful nose that Marvel had stuck on Shellhead's faceplate.
