Payment is non-refundable unless the commission is canceled by Bob. All above costs DO NOT INCLUDE shipping and handling charges.

 

NOTE: All commissions ship directly from the artist and require FED EX shipping ($22) or Priority Mail ($12.50). NO EXCEPTIONS.

Purchasers of commissions receive only the physical copy of the artwork; no other rights are conveyed by this transaction, including rights of reproduction.  Artist retains all rights in the artwork, including all copyright rights, and reserves the right to license or otherwise authorize the publication of the artwork by any other party for any reason, with no duty of accounting or any other further obligation to you. The artist is not responsible for damages to the artwork due to handling by Fed Ex or the United States Postal Service.  Every effort will be made to package all art as securely as possible--but accidents still happen. To protect your investment, the artist recommends that you purchase insurance when you commission an illustration.
