Bob,
Hey, we met at the Mid-Ohio-Con a couple of weeks ago. I was there with my son. It was good talking to you!
I came across this old posting on the web that I sent you.

Boblayton.com Letters Archive August 2004

I thought since you asked for any other scans/pics of those 2001 Topps Marvel Legends sketch cards (custom covers) that I'd send them to you.
Hopefully, these attached files are not too big to send to you.
The last scan is the sketch card I got from Rittenhouse Archives series that shows a partial cover recreation of issue #150. A great card!!! It found a good home. :o) Keep up the terrific work.
Take it easy!
Ttyl,

Tim

Tim,
I enjoyed talking with you and your son and appreciate that you took time out to come see me.
I had a good experience working on the Rittenhouse Iron Man card set—although I prefer to direct my efforts on ‘stories’ than individual pieces of art. It was a daunting task just to come up with a variety of shots and characters that didn’t repeat too much. And, the card stock tended to dissolve a bit when I used my usual inking tools (a Hunt #107 mapping point). I had to improvise by using various markers and pens to get a decent image onto the stock. Thanks for the Topps scans.
I’ll post some here to share with my readership.
