Wizard World Chicago Artist Panel Part 1 Part 2

We still haven't got the website up to 100% yet, so we had to postpone the second part of the Bob's Simple Rules of Thumb video until next month.

WIZARD WORLD CHICAGO ARTIST PANEL On Sunday, June 29th, I held a seminar at the Wizard World Chicago Con for aspiring artists which I entitled, “Bob’s Simple Rules of Thumb"

As those who have worked with me are aware, over the years of teaching my pupils and repeating the same lessons over-and-over again, I’ve condensed many of my artist’s tips for beginners down into easy-to-understand axioms. (My current assistant, Sorah Suhng, swears that she’s going to put all of my sayings into book form and make a butt-load of money for herself one day.) Because the session was a full hour long, I will be breaking-up the recorded lessons into two installments. The other portions will be presented here next month. Some of the things I discuss have been published prior to this recording, but I go into more detail here than in the previous video.

I’d like to thank Adam Tracey of Wizard Entertainment for his help in organizing this session. My gratitude goes out to all of those who were kind enough to attend, as well. My best wishes go with them as they pursue excellence and their dreams of a career as comic illustrators. As always, your questions and comments are welcome.
